Brookfield Properties: Manhattan West Reception
The event took place at a Brookfield Properties new development Manhattan West, which was under construction at the time. The goal was to highlight the launch of the project to stakeholders, leading to the concept of a covered but transparent (and weatherproof) event that would allow expansive views of the surrounding development and midtown high-rises.
To contrast the frigid winter temperatures and the exposed, outdoor nature of the event, I pushed the concept into a summery, greenhouse-style cocktail party with lush foliage and custom Italian inspired tiles.

EVENT TOOK PLACE AT THE CONSTRUCTION SITE OF THE COMPANY’S NEW DEVELOPMENT, AND WE AIMED TO HIGHLIGHT AND CELEBRATE THE WORK UNDERWAY.
